Devyn received her Bachelor’s in BioMolecular Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.  She joined SWE in 2014 and has been an active member since. She served in various roles in her collegiate section and joined the St. Louis Section in 2018. After joining, she served as Social Chair followed by Vice President. She has served as President of the St. Louis Section since July 2020. Devyn has also held societal roles, many with the WE Local conferences. She served as a Local Host Committee Member in 2017-2018 for WE Local Milwaukee and 2018-2019 for WE Local St. Louis. She then joined the Local Advisory Board and served as a committee member then committee lead. In 2022-2023, Devyn was the WE Local Advisory Board Chair and was a member of the AG Conference Engagement group. Currently, she is a member of the WE Local Las Vegas Host Committee.

Devyn started her career at Elemental Enzymes, moving up from intern to a Research Technician to a Bioprocess Technician and Lab Manager. In 2021, she changed careers and joined an infectious disease lab at Washington University School of Medicine. Currently, Devyn is working as a CMO Project Manager at Elemental Enzymes.


Christina Haub earned a Bachelor of Science with an Aerospace Concentration from Colorado State University.  She has long been active in the Society of Women Engineers, serving on the leadership board as a collegiate member and then a professional member of the Pacific Northwest Section and St. Louis Sections. She is currently the board treasurer for the St. Louis section and is a frequent contributor to local and regional SWE events as a speaker, organizer, volunteer and mentor to women in and interested in engineering.

Christina is an engineer at The Boeing Company and is currently the F/A-18 Senior Avionics Integrator supporting Kuwait within Boeing Global Services. Her current position reflects her steady progression through increasing levels of responsibility over her career with Boeing. Christina has experience in multiple engineering functions on commercial and defense programs including flight management systems, production engineering, electrical systems and as an engineering manager at Boeing Aerostructures Australia. Her leadership development includes participating in and graduating from the Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge in 2023. To further develop and enhance her leadership abilities, she was selected as a new member for the Class of 2025 of Boeing’s prestigious program, Leadership NeXt (LX).

Christina and her husband reside in O’Fallon, MO. They have one daughter who inspires them daily with her strength and determination as she goes through life with epilepsy. Christina previously placed her career on hold to care for her daughter. During her three-year hiatus, she continued to contribute to the community as a board member on her Home Owners Association and volunteering in the community. Her hobbies include playing the piano, camping, board games and doing puzzles.


Emma Anderson earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Saint Louis University and was the sole recipient in her graduating class of the Oliver L. Parks award for leadership, service, and academic excellence. She was involved in the leadership board of the Saint Louis University SWE collegiate chapter and has been involved with the St. Louis professional chapter since she graduated. She has been the secretary for the professional chapter for a little over a year.

Emma currently works as a Systems Engineer at Bausch & Lomb supporting new product development and lifecycle management for ophthalmic surgical devices. Her main areas of responsibility are risk, requirement, and test management. 

Emma’s hobbies include working out, playing board games, and trying new restaurants with her fiancé. They live in midtown St. Louis, MO.
