Panelists will share their early career experiences in industry, highlighting how they navigated a large corporate environment while setting themselves up for success. Attendees will hear tips and tricks for building their network inside and outside the company. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions about the challenges that panelists faced when starting their careers.
This panel discussion will focus on providing insight towards helping engineers speak up, be heard, build confidence and be recognized for contributions. The discussion will include perspectives from senior leaders at Boeing and will include what both managers and employees can do to help create a win-win solution and growth for all.
